Thank you for choosing the Home Care LINK (HCL) service.

To assist with mutual understanding, the following definitions apply:

  • Care Coordinator – The person(s) coordinating all aspects of the HCL service, including payment and customized setup.
  • Care Recipient (CR) – The person(s) receiving the non-medical home care.
  • Caregivers – All persons physically providing the non-medical home care.

Once the initial payment is received, Oversight will create the CR’s secure webpage. It will include the Care Coordinator’s login credentials as well as the instructions to complete the process. These instructions may also be accessed online when logged into their secure webpage.

After setup, we’ll send activation instructions for their smartphone or tablet.

If you choose to continue the service, you will be billed in two month increments for continuing service.
