Data Collection App software:

  • Digital devices collect the data.
  • The user downloads the data collection app (DCA) that connects automatically with the cloud based software.

Home Care LINK Setup

Home Care LINK provides:

  • Generic setup for Activities, Caregivers, and Reminders
  • Complete setup for:
    • Caregiver Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
    • Changed Condition recording
    • Pictures
    • Note taking
    • GPS recording

Care Coordinator provides:

  • Customization of Activities, Caregivers, and Reminders (Instructions provided).
  • Customized End of Visit observations.
  • Individually assigned PINs to Caregivers.

Caregiver Data Collection is Simple and Easy.

All the caregiver has to do is:

  • Sign in using their unique PIN at the beginning of their visit.
  • Read the day’s messages under “Important Timely Reminders” and the “Required ADLs”.
  • Record their actions and observations by selecting predefined entries found on the “dropdown lists”.
  • Sign out at the end of their visit.

When the caregiver signs out, all the recorded data is automatically sent to Home Care LINK’s cloud based software, and reports are immediately available.
