Home Care LINK Free Trial Offer
Overview
This offer is available for three months to “qualified” clients. After the three month trial period, you’ll be invited to purchase the Home Care LINK service. (See the “Buy Now” section at the bottom of the HCL home page.)
Who are Qualified Clients?
- The Care Coordinator must have a loved one (care recipient) living at home using one or more caregivers. The caregivers may be family members, friends, or paid caregivers.
- They must have at least a beginning level of computer literacy. Most setup forms will be done online.
- Their caregivers must have access to a smart device to download the Data Collection App. This App records their actions and observations.
